Opt for Elimination Strategy
While attempting this section if not sure about the answer then go with the elimination strategy. This means eliminating the words which are not close to the answer. Select the correct word which is close to the option that is left behind.


Follow the 2-minute rule
Ideally, you should spend 2 minutes on the PTE reading fill in the blanks. You need to speed up by taking a first glance properly. You will know about the basics, whether it is an adjective, noun, verb, etc and this way you can complete the exam on time.

Work on your Vocabulary
You need to play with the words which means expand your vocabulary. You should start reading literature so that you are aware of different words. Improve your knowledge by reading the dictionary and using flashcards (on one side it has questions and another side its answer).

Focus on your grammar
